The Washington Capitals' goalie, Logan Thompson, finally answered questions from journalists last night.

It didn't really make much noise because there were so many other topics to cover, but what can we say about what happened with the Capitals' number one goalie?
In just 48 short hours, he went from this:
To being in perfect shape to play a Stanley Cup Playoff game.
But what happened?
After being removed from the press conference schedule during the day yesterday, Thompson was finally sent to face the media after Game 4 last night.

Logan Thompson says a little too much during his press conference

The Washington Capitals and the NHL couldn't have been too happy to hear this, but Thompson really said a lot during his media appearance.
He admitted that it was never a question of a lower-body injury in his case, but that he was actually badly shaken up..
Excuse me? He passed the concussion protocol?
After the incidents involving Tua Tagovailoa (NFL) and several others in the NHL as well, it's impossible for a professional league worth its name to let that slide.
The guy couldn't even stand up, and 48 hours later, you let him play in an NHL game?
It makes absolutely no sense and it's serious!
This is a major mistake that was made by Bettman's league in this case, and it's creating a lot of buzz this morning.
Logan Thompson:

"It definitely looked a lot worse than it was."

Said he got his bell rung. Got up dizzy. Went through protocol.

So I see only two possible explanations.
Either the NHL made a huge mistake and does not take head injuries seriously at all (because 48 hours is definitely not enough time to clear a player who was that dizzy)..
Or a successful acting career is indeed waiting for Thompson.
And you, what's your opinion on all of this?
Do you think the NHL (and the Capitals) were right to let Logan Thompson play last night?
