St-Louis had a long talk with Bolduc ahead of his second audition on the first line against the Capitals

The Montreal Canadiens made a noteworthy change today involving 22-year-old forward Zachary Bolduc.
It all began when Bolduc was called over for a long discussion on the ice, directly with Martin St-Louis, and it seems to have produced spectacular results.

Why spectacular results?
Because Zachary Bolduc immediately responded to his coach's call and quickly went from words to action.

One discussion, one challenge, and an immediate return to the first line for Zachary Bolduc
I love seeing this from Martin St-Louis!
He called Bolduc over for a long discussion, clearly challenged him, and immediately sent him back to the first line with Nick Suzuki and Cole Caufield (after removing him in favor of Juraj Slafkovsky in Columbus).
All of it was confirmed during Martin St-Louis' press conference!
It will now be up to Bolduc to prove him right against the Washington Capitals as he will get another audition on the first line with Caufield and Suzuki.
It's always nice to see Martin St-Louis call players over like this for a little discussion. He recently did the same with his rugged young defenseman Arber Xhekaj as well!
Tomorrow's game against the Capitals will reveal whether this spark turns into something bigger for Bolduc, and for the Habs' top line.
