The well-known journalist and insider Darren Dreger has just made a very intriguing statement regarding Kent Hughes and the Montreal Canadiens.
While revisiting the trade rumors linking the Canadiens and the St. Louis Blues, he brought up the possibility that Kent Hughes may have placed a completely unexpected player on the trade market.
It's intriguing.
As you know, the Canadiens and Blues eventually completed a major trade earlier this week, with defenseman Logan Mailloux being traded in exchange for forward Zachary Bolduc.
At first, a much bigger trade was discussed between Kent Hughes and Doug Armstrong.
