Let's just say 2025 will definitely be a year of big changes for Frédérique and Marc-Édouard.
Recently, the San Jose Sharks - the team with which Vlasic spent his entire career - decided to buy out his contract.
So, it's officially over for him in San Jose.
He'll now have to find a new challenge, a new team, and a new city.. all while welcoming a new member to the family!
Yes, it's going to be a big year for them!
We sincerely want to congratulate Frédérique and Marc-Édouard on this wonderful news and wish them lots of happiness - and most importantly, good health!
At 38 years old and originally from Montreal, Vlasic is a 6-foot-1, 205-pound left-shot defenseman.
In 2024-2025, he recorded three points in 27 games with the San Jose Sharks, finishing with a -10 rating.
