We have a last-minute announcement from the Pittsburgh Penguins that will be of interest to Montreal Canadiens fans.

Sidney Crosby's squad just announced three signings - including a name you're very familiar with.
"The Penguins have signed forwards Anthony Mantha and Rafael Harvey-Pinard to one-year contracts, and defenseman Phil Kemp to a two-year contract."

It's a bit disappointing for us, but what great news for Rafaël! We're extremely happy for him!

The Pittsburgh Penguins Dip Into the Canadiens' Pool and Sign Rafael Harvey-Pinard

He'll now continue his career with Sidney Crosby's team, alongside fellow Quebecer Anthony Mantha.
26-year-old Rafaël Harvey-Pinard is a 5-foot-9, 181-pound forward who was selected in the 7th round of the 2019 NHL Draft by the Montreal Canadiens.
He has recorded 31 points in 84 career NHL games (17 goals and 14 assists), including 20 points (14 goals) in just 34 games during the 2022-23 season.
This past season with the Laval Rocket, RHP tallied 19 points in 40 games (plus 3 points in 13 AHL playoff games), including 5 goals overall, and maintained a +2 rating.
At the AHL level, all with the Laval Rocket, he's accumulated 126 points (51G-75A) in 185 regular-season games.
Good luck in Pittsburgh RHP!
More details to come.
