We now have news about another former Montreal Canadiens player: forward Joel Teasdale is taking his career to Europe.

Just minutes after learning that former Hab Max Pacioretty has decided to retire from the National Hockey League.
Now we're learning some important news concerning another former member of the organization.

Joel Teasdale is packing his bags and heading to Europe

We sincerely want to wish him the very best of luck!
"Headed to Slovakia for former Rocket Joel Teasdale."
He will attempt to revive his career in the homeland of Juraj Slafkovsky!
A return with the Laval Rocket and within the Canadiens organization could have been interesting for Teasdale, but roster spots are really starting to be filled, especially up front, in Pascal Vincent's group.
He therefore won't be following in the footsteps of his compatriot Alex Belzile.
Joel Teasdale, 26 years old, is a Quebecois forward, standing 6 feet tall and weighing 210 pounds, originally from Repentigny (Quebec). He recorded 1 point in two games with the Montreal Canadiens.
In his most recent AHL season, he collected 19 points in 62 games, and in his most recent season with the Laval Rocket, he posted 38 points in 58 games.
We wish him the best of success over there!
He had also been quite a player for the Blainville-Boisbriand Armada in the QMJHL, where he tallied 38 points in 37 games during his final stint there.
