After the Montreal Canadiens' victory over the Chicago Blackhawks last night, the organization released its traditional "victory video."
It's always been a fan favorite!
In this video, we once again see the very special atmosphere that reigns in the Canadiens' locker room, and we also notice a touching moment involving two Quebec-born players.
After seeing
Juraj Slafkovsky and
Kirby Dach celebrating as they returned to the locker room, and
Cole Caufield dancing to their victory song, we then see Mike Matheson (a Quebecer) handing the team's "game glasses" to newcomer
Zachary Bolduc (another Quebecer), while declaring, "The pride of Quebec!"
A smooth transition for Zachary Bolduc
Let's recall that forward number 76 didn't know anyone in the Canadiens' organization just a few weeks ago, and now it seems the entire locker room has quickly embraced him.
Clearly, he's now fully part of the family!
Zachary Bolduc, 22 years old, is a 6-foot, 187-pound forward who was acquired by Kent Hughes on July 1st (via trade), with
Logan Mailloux going the other way to the St. Louis Blues.
In three games this season, Bolduc has recorded four points (three goals and one assist) with a +1 rating.
It's looking very promising for what's to come!
