Montreal Canadiens forward, Brendan Gallagher, may have landed himself in hot water last night. He truly spoke his mind about the officiating, and especially about the infamous rule concerning goalie interference.

It should be noted that a questionable goal was awarded to the Philadelphia Flyers in this regard.
And Gallagher had a lot to say.
"He skates in the crease on his own, he gets in [Dobes] way. That's what they've been calling. That's the standard. It seems to go against us every single time. It's incompetence[...]

Players are frustrated all over the league. It seems like there's zero consistency. It needs to change."

- Brendan Gallagher

A fine coming for Brendan Gallagher?

Even if he's 100% right, and even if everything he said is absolutely fair and true, the league usually doesn't tolerate these kinds of comments at all.
He's also definitely not the only one who feels this way:
"The NHL better get its act together and make a clear statement on what constitutes goalie interference and what doesn't before the playoffs start and before they screw over a team.

One is called a good goal and the other is overturned. Toronto, wake up!"
It'll be something to keep an eye on, but don't be surprised if Gallagher gets fined.
