Kent Hughes Faces New Opportunity as Three Players Are Placed on Waivers Today

We've got some action on the NHL waiver wire today - for the first time in quite a while - and the Montreal Canadiens have some options.
Three players have been placed on NHL waivers today: Kent Hughes and the Montreal Canadiens have choices to make
And the confirmation from the well-known Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet:
"Agozzino (Utahns), Copley (LA), Gatcomb (NYI) on waivers" - Elliotte Friedman
Andrew Agozzino, 34 years old, is a 5-foot-10, 187-pound forward who was never drafted.
He has recorded 12 points in 53 NHL games over multiple stints with several organizations, including the Colorado Avalanche, Anaheim Ducks, Pittsburgh Penguins, Ottawa Senators, San Jose Sharks, and Utah Mammoth.
He has also played two games with Utah this season.
Agozzino tallied 43 points in 55 games and 64 points in 72 games in his two most recent AHL seasons.
Marc Gatcomb, 26 years old, is a right-handed, 6-foot-2, 200-pound forward who has 9 points in 40 NHL games (all with the New York Islanders).
He also posted 17 points in 35 AHL games.
Finally,
Pheonix Copley is a 33-year-old goaltender, standing 6-foot-4 and weighing 205 pounds, who was just recently claimed off waivers by the Tampa Bay Lightning.
He has appeared in 77 NHL games, with a record of 44-16-8, a 2.84 goals-against average, and a .898 save percentage.
