This was the rumor circulating since yesterday morning, but it has now been confirmed for Zachary Bolduc and the Montreal Canadiens. He will wear the iconic number 76 in Montreal.
Let's just say his father gave us a solid clue during his interview on BPM Sports earlier, but it's now been officially confirmed.

Let's remember that Bolduc was acquired Tuesday by Kent Hughes and the Montreal Canadiens from the St. Louis Blues, in exchange for defenseman Logan Mailloux.
That deal nearly turned into a much bigger trade.
We're really looking forward to seeing the new number 76 in action at the Bell Centre this fall.
Zachary Bolduc, 22 years old, is a 6-foot, 187-pound forward who tallied 36 points in 72 games last season, including 19 goals, but more impressively recorded 14 points in his last 19 games, with nine goals.
He truly seems on the verge of breaking out and becoming a solid second-line NHL forward.
