As reported by TVA Sports journalist Anthony Martineau, a frightening scene occurred yesterday after the game in the Canadiens' players' parking lot.

It involved a brave security employee at the Bell Centre who ended up stuck "in the garage door leading directly to the Montreal Canadiens players' parking lot."

A disturbing scene at the Bell Centre after the duel between the Montreal Canadiens and the Washington Capitals

Here's the account of the events, coming directly from journalist Anthony Martineau, so the story isn't distorted.
"It was a strange evening right to the end at the Bell Centre, as a brave security employee got stuck in the garage door leading directly to the team's players' parking lot.

The poor man saw his coat get caught in the door which, as it opened, lifted him several feet into the air.

Several Habs players witnessed the scene.

After about twenty minutes, the older man was rescued when his coat was cut and he was caught right on the roof of a truck. He lost consciousness a few times during the sequence of events.

The security staff at the Bell Centre are good people who work in outdoor conditions that aren't always pleasant.

Congratulations to everyone who helped this gentleman, who is now doing well, according to the latest updates."

What a story!
So it really was quite a bizarre evening, right to the end, for the Montreal Canadiens.
We want to send positive vibes to this brave employee today, even though he appears to have escaped unharmed, fortunately.
We'll obviously remind everyone that Martin St-Louis' squad fell by a score of 8-4 against Alex Ovechkin and the Washington Capitals.
In his team's win, Ovechkin recorded another hat trick (3 goals and one assist, for a total of 4 points).
In the loss, goaltender Samuel Montembeault allowed 3 goals on 10 shots, while Jakub Dobes gave up 4 on 25 shots.
No, things are not going well for the Canadiens.
Are you starting to worry about the Habs' chances of making the playoffs?
