As we reported a little earlier today, there was no morning skate for the Montreal Canadiens.

In preparation for the matchup against the New Jersey Devils, Martin St-Louis has already shown his hand...
First, some excellent news!
Even though he missed practice yesterday to receive treatments, and even though he's currently dealing with some discomfort (likely from the shot he blocked late in overtime against the Philadelphia Flyers), Nick Suzuki will be in uniform tonight against the New Jersey Devils!
"Martin St-Louis confirms captain Nick Suzuki is good to play in NJ, in case there was any doubt."

In addition, one lineup change has been confirmed.

A major change and some good news announced by Martin St-Louis before the game against the New Jersey Devils

As for the change - it's in net!
Marc Del Gaizo will be a healthy scratch, Arber Xhekaj will stay in the lineup, but Samuel Montembeault will officially give way to Jakub Dobes, who gets the start in New Jersey.
We're eager to see Dobes back in action for the first time in over a week.
Jakub Dobes, 24 years old, holds a 6-0-0 record this season, with a 1.97 goals-against average and an impressive .930 save percentage.
In his NHL career, he has a 2.52 GAA and a .915 save percentage.
Enjoy the game! It starts soon!
