There's a lot of rumors and speculation right now concerning Pierre-Luc Dubois and the Montreal Canadiens, as you're well aware, but what's lacking are realistic and concrete proposals.

This was put forward by the excellent Marc-Olivier Beaudoin.

Check out his very interesting post:

"Is the potential addition of Pierre-Luc Dubois exciting? Clearly. But not at any price!

FLA 1st + Dvorak/Edmundson + decent prospect (Ex.: Kidney/Kapanen).

And a contract of 7-8 seasons at an annual salary of 7-7.5 million."

- Marc-Olivier Beaudoin

He adds that otherwise, it's not a big deal and he wouldn't insist too much.

Do you like his proposal?

TO MONTREAL:

Pierre-Luc Dubois signed at 7 or 7.5 million per season for 7-8 years

TO WINNIPEG:

31st overall pick from the CH +

Christian Dvorak or Joel Edmundson +

A prospect like Riley Kidney or Oliver Kapanen

Would you do it?

In any case, the speculation is about to end, as a trade involving Dubois can literally be announced at any time. It will almost certainly be resolved within two weeks.
