A young Quebecois forward has just joined the Montreal Canadiens organization, and he is an interesting addition to the organization.
We're talking about prospect Ryan Brushett, who has signed a one-season deal with the Trois-Rivières Lions.
He will start his professional journey in Trois-Rivières, hoping to eventually climb to the American Hockey League level (with the Laval Rocket).
«Ryan Brushett will begin his first season with the Lions!
His offensive flair and defensive rigor will be a valuable asset to Ron Choules' team!
Welcome to the team, Ryan!» - Trois-Rivières Lions
We look forward to seeing him in action!

He will be another name to watch next September, having been productive in the NCAA.
Brushett, 26, from Verdun (Qc), is a 6-foot, 175-pound center who tallied 21 points in 37 games last season in the NCAA.
He also recorded 22 points in 35 games at UMass-Lowell in 2022.
We wish him a warm welcome back to Quebec! This acquisition by the Canadiens' organization shows the management's desire to bring back local talent and develop them here.
