We have movement within the Montreal Canadiens organization at the Laval Rocket level, as four players have indeed been cut.

Some of these players started at the Canadiens' training camp, like Logan Nijhoff, but they're already being cut again.. Wow!

Four players cut within the Montreal Canadiens organization and movement in the depth chart!

See the official announcement from the Rocket.
"The Laval Rocket announced that four players have been cut from training camp."

Forwards:
Cédric Desruisseaux (Trois-Rivières)
Logan Nijhoff (Trois-Rivières)

Defenseman:
Emmett Serensits (Trois-Rivières)

Goaltender:
Vincent Duplessis (Trois-Rivières)

- Laval Rocket
The surprise here, aside from Nijhoff who was literally with the Canadiens just a few days ago, is Emmett Serensits.
Why?
His stay in Laval was therefore (very) short-lived.
Serensits, 25 years old, is a right-shot defenseman standing 6'1" who recorded 1 point in 10 games last season in the ECHL.
Nijhoff, 24 years old, is a 6-foot forward who tallied 49 points in 58 ECHL games last season, along with 1 point in 8 games with the Laval Rocket.
Desruisseaux, 25 years old, is a 5'8" forward who picked up 8 points in 14 games in France last season.
He also registered 3 points in 5 AHL games.
More details to come.
