Former NHL GM Praises Kent Hughes's Newest Addition: 'His Shot Is Top 10% in the League'
In this month of July, many experts are commenting on and revisiting Kent Hughes' most recent acquisitions for the Montreal Canadiens. One of the acquisitions that has stood out as particularly successful is that of forward Zachary Bolduc.
Let's not forget that on July 1, the Habs traded young right-shot defenseman Logan Mailloux to the St. Louis Blues in exchange for Quebec forward Bolduc.
Since then, the feedback seems to be unanimous.
Kent Hughes acquired an excellent hockey player with a devastating and accurate shot.
That said, another expert (whom I greatly respect) took it even further in his comments.
Pierre Dorion says Zachary Bolduc has a shot in the top 10% of the National Hockey League
You read that right.
On BPM Sports, the former general manager of the Ottawa Senators was crystal clear.

The former GM even goes further.
Dorion says the Quebec forward's shot is in the top 10% of the entire National Hockey League, which is quite the statement!
Let's just say this could once again become a major asset for Martin St-Louis' power play.
I'm really looking forward to seeing how St-Louis will use Bolduc, but personally, I truly believe he's ready to play as a winger on a second line in the National Hockey League (alongside a certain Ivan Demidov).
