Cayden Primeau Sends Unexpected Message to Management as Jacob Fowler Set to Replace Him
It certainly brings back memories for Montreal Canadiens fans, but the goaltending situation is causing quite a stir with the Laval Rocket.
On one side, there's
Jacob Fowler, who is probably the Montreal Canadiens' future goaltender and has been incredible with the Laval Rocket since his arrival.
On the other side, there's
Cayden Primeau, who was probably the Rocket's most valuable player this season and possibly the best goaltender of the 2024-2025 AHL season.

What does Primeau think about the fact that he will be replaced by Jacob Fowler (unless there's a huge surprise) for the next game, and probably for the following games as well?
"It's definitely not the time to be selfish..
The idea is just to be ready when my turn comes.
The team comes first."
Watching the video, it's clear that his answer was sincere and honest, not just something said to please the journalists.
Hats off to Cayden Primeau!
Where would the Laval Rocket be today without his record of 21 wins and 2 regulation losses this season? Where would the Rocket be today without his .927 save percentage?
