Carey Price is back in MTL for the final game and fans are excited

We just learned, via his wife Angela Price, that Carey Price is indeed in Montreal right now.

What a wonderful surprise! It's a bit of a shame that his spouse stole the scoop and somewhat spoiled the surprise for tonight, but the Canadiens' number 31 will be at the Bell Centre!

It's really going to be a special evening for the fans present, who will be able to see Lane Hutson and Logan Mailloux in action for the first time at home, and moreover, Carey will be there!

It's really a nice surprise from Carey, and a kind gesture to see him travel (and cross all of Canada) to be present for the last game of the 2023-24 season.

Price, 36 years old, has played his 712 career NHL games with the Montreal Canadiens. He has maintained a record of 361-261-79, a goals against average of 2.51, and a save percentage of .917.

He has been one of the great goalies in the history of the Canadiens and it will obviously be really nice to see him today.

Remember that yesterday, his wife had given a good hint about their presence for the last home game against the Detroit Red Wings.
