Trade alert: a monster trade has officially been announced as the 10th overall pick in 2022, Pavel Mintyukov, moves to Ottawa in the OHL

In the last few minutes, the Ottawa 67's officially announced that they have acquired Pavel Mintyukov, the 10th overall pick of the Anaheim Ducks in the 2022 NHL Draft.

In return for Mintyukov, the Saginaw Spirit receive no less than NINE (9) draft picks.

Mintyukov, 19, has 54 points (16 goals) in just 37 games this season. We're talking about a defenseman here.

Ottawa won't be drafting often in the next few years.
