On Thursday night, the Montreal Canadiens lost 5-4 in a shootout against the Ottawa Senators, which ended the team's preparation schedule. The regular schedule will begin next Wednesday, October 13, when the team will be in Toronto to battle the Maple Leafs.
Until then, it will be off, but the team will be practicing to tighten up the defense and fine tune the massive offense. However, today is a full day off and the organization has announced that there will be no media availability as there is a "team activity" scheduled. Most likely it will be a round of golf.
Honestly, a media break will certainly do a lot of good for the members of the Red, White, and Blue since emotions were running high on Thursday morning... This break from Carey Price has affected everyone and this day away from all the blah blah will do all the soldiers a world of good!
