The Montreal Canadiens will return to action on Saturday night, while Connor McDavid, Leon Draisaitl and the Edmonton Oilers will be the visitors.
In preparation for tonight's duel, Dominique Ducharme is going to use 11 forwards and seven defenders as Brendan Gallagher and Paul Byron will not be in uniform. The two veterans will have to return to the game on Sunday, against the Jackets.
As for Cole Caufield and Joel Armia, (covid protocol) after delayed flights, they will finally be in Montreal during today (Saturday).
In closing, regarding Christian Dvorak, the 25-year-old player donned his uniform during Saturday's optional practice, but he wore, of course, a contactless sweater.
Oh yes, it is Samuel Montembeault who will be on duty to untie the guns of the Oilers, who added Evander Kane recently.
