It is often said that the misfortune of some makes the happiness of others. This was the case for Juraj Slafkovsky, who finally had the opportunity to play on a top line. The Slovakian played an entire game, scoring a goal and hitting a post with his head.
The trio of Slafkovsky, Monahan and Anderson was the CH's best in this game and the first pick in the last draft had something to do with it.
There have been a lot of rumors lately about whether the Habs will agree to loan Slaf to Slovakia so he can play in the World Junior Championship.
