Possible trade to watch for with the Canadiens? The clues are piling up tonight and Hughes could soon be active

After a rather quiet start to the season, let's face it, everything could change very soon. Now that they are well aware of their roster after more than a month and a half of play, it would not be surprising if they wanted to improve their lineup by the holiday season.

In this regard, more and more scouts are heading to the various NHL arenas. The Bell Centre is no exception, with close to 20 representatives present at the game between the CH and the Buffalo Sabres on Tuesday night.

In the last week, Ottawa Senators GM Pierre Dorion was even seen at a CH game on several occasions. Seeing a GM move around had at the time provoked many questions. Especially when the latter admitted, a few days later, that discussions were flying at the meeting of the GMs...


It will be interesting to see if one of the formations represented this Tuesday night will dance with the CH soon!
