Memorable live television moment between Max Lapierre and Brad Marchand
Since early this morning, the entire TVA Sports team is ready for this feverish day of the NHL trade deadline.
And since there hasn't been much action in the first few hours of the day, there have been some interviews and one of them has caused a stir.The Boston Bruins' little pest, the one and only Brad Marchand, was interviewed this morning by the TVA Sports team. During the interview, former NHL player and now analyst on the sports channel, Maxim Lapierre, made a friendly remark about the Bruins' forward.
It's nice to talk to each other without punching or hitting each other in the face!
And Marchand fired back:
I think you hit me more often than I do!
He admitted during the interview that he had a lot of respect for the field hockey player that was Maxim Lapierre and that he even missed playing against him.
"I remember when I was 16 years old in junior, Max was playing for Prince Edward Island. I was scared of him! He was mean. He played the same way in the NHL.
When he was on the ice, I always looked around to see where he was. He was quite a competitor. I always enjoyed playing against him. I miss playing against him! It's not the same now."

Host Louis Jean jumped in and fired back that Lapierre has gained 40 pounds in that time! This made Marchand burst out laughing.
The Bruins are visiting tonight at the Bell Centre against the Canadiens.
