See here's a transcript of the exchange.

Renaud Lavoie :

"Hi guys, I just want to know, regarding the media presence in the players' room, for next year, is that a possibility?"

Gary Bettman's response:

"I've answered that question probably 100 times... (Bill, answer him) maybe they'll listen to you?"

Bill Daly continues:

"Yeah, we expect that in due course we'll get back to business as usual and the way it was before. We think that's important, in-person access."

So we got the answer, and please note that it will indeed be back, but Gary Bettman's reaction and response to Renaud Lavoie, it was peculiar, unnecessary and rude.

He could have simply answered him and he did not have to look so discouraged by the question, according to many.

The NHL website won't allow us to save the video clip for you, but you can watch the exchange in question, by clicking here and going to 17 minutes and 50 seconds.
