A new way for the Hurricanes to taunt the CH

The saga between the Carolina Hurricanes and the Montreal Canadiens will have had a lot of ink spilled since the summer of 2019 and it's still not over. Since the offer sheet submitted to Sebastian Aho, a lot has happened between the two teams.

Now, have the Hurricanes found a new way to taunt the Tricolore in the Jesperi Kotkaniemi story? If you go to KK's page on the NHL website, you can see that in the picture at the top of the page, Kotkaniemi is still wearing his Red, White, and Blue uniform.

However, after 20 games, there are several photos available of KK with the Hurricanes uniform. So, why put a picture with his old uniform? It's quite strange!

Unless the Hurricanes are trying to throw fuel on the fire again? In short, this story is far from over as we can see. What will happen next? We'll have to keep a close eye on that!
