The name Sidney Crosby continues to come up frequently in trade rumors, especially involving the Montreal Canadiens.
Things really heated up Friday night when some people floated the possibility of No. 87 being traded on draft night, but those rumors were quickly shut down by Crosby's agent.
That said, it's clear the Montreal Canadiens are interested in Sidney Crosby.
We got a strong hint of this during a certain interview involving Yvon Lambert, where he revealed that Kent Hughes had spoken to him about No. 87.
The Canadiens' Trade Offer for Sidney Crosby Is Already Prepared
Radio-Canada journalist Alexandre Gascon made a very intriguing statement on the subject.
"If ever Sidney Crosby decides he's ready to leave Pittsburgh and Montreal is one of the destinations on his list, I know that Kent Hughes would be ready to make an offer.
