In anticipation of the Montreal Canadiens' next game, which will take place tomorrow night live from the Bell Centre against the New York Rangers, we have an announcement.

If you were planning to attend the Canadiens' practice today, on the eve of their matchup with the Rangers, you'll unfortunately have to cancel your plans right away.
"If anyone was planning to attend practice in Brossard Friday morning, be aware that it has been cancelled. 4 wins in a row earned the boys a day off."

- Karine Hains, The Hockey News

Cancellation Announced by Martin St-Louis and the Montreal Canadiens Ahead of Game Against the New York Rangers

The guys fully earned it!
"Martin St. Louis giving Habs day off Friday, cancelling scheduled practice in Brossard."

- Stu Cowan
Let's recall that the Canadiens earned a dramatic 3-2 overtime win last night at the Bell Centre against the Nashville Predators.
It's worth reliving both of Cole Caufield's incredible goals:
It was absolutely incredible!
Cole Caufield scored with 20 seconds left in regulation to tie the game, then struck again with just three seconds left in overtime on a beautiful pass from Nick Suzuki, giving the Habs a Hollywood-style victory.
Caufield has now scored 5 goals in 5 games this season (along with 2 assists) for a total of 7 points.
With this win, the Canadiens now sit atop the Atlantic Division standings, with 8 points in 5 games.
