You know it, it has caused a lot of reaction in the last few hours, but Carter Hart is available on the trade market and the Montreal Canadiens have been linked to
this case.

However, we have recently learned that Kent Hughes has apparently ruled out acquiring young Hart, and we now know why.

The price to acquire Hart has just been revealed

According to what is reported by the very reputable journalist from The Athletic, Sheng Peng, the price is very high.
A source tells me that the Flyers would want at least two first-round picks for Carter Hart.

This is what has obviously cooled the Canadiens management.
