Signing Alert: the rumor is confirmed and forward Tomas Tatar joins a familiar face and finally agrees to a deal with the Avalanche
In the last few seconds, we have learned that Tomas Tatar has signed with the Colorado Avalanche.
He will reunite with a certain Jonathan Drouin, and the two former Montreal Canadiens will cost (together) less than 2.5 million this season.
We are indeed talking about a one-season contract worth 1.5 million dollars for Tatar. A very good deal for the Avalanche.
Tatar, 32 years old, amassed 48 points in 82 games last season with the New Jersey Devils. (20 goals and a +41 differential)
For one year and $1.5 million, would you have liked for the CH to bring Tatar back to guide the young players?
Details to follow.
