Injury: last-minute development involving Canadiens captain Nick Suzuki and it really hurts the image of the medical team
Yesterday, as part of the Montreal Canadiens' annual golf tournament, virtually all the team's players held press conferences.
There were a ton of revelations and surprises following this eventful day for the CH, but here's one that still hasn't been reported. (as far as we know)
Suzuki was also injured last season. Wow.
Turns out Suzuki was also injured last year... That's really not news that makes the (former) medical department/management look good.
The season was over, rest him, let the man rest and get a top 4 pick.
It's really mind-boggling how this could happen for 2 consecutive seasons.

Suzuki, who was at one point the only regular player in the CH line-up (or almost), was also injured in the end.
Suzuki admits that he wasn't able to be 100% on the ice himself, and only wanted to remain "available" to play with his teammates.
The 2022-23 season was certainly a historic one for the Habs' infirmary.
