Montreal Canadiens forward Patrik Laine certainly isn't lacking confidence in his team.
In an interview on 98.5 Sports in Montreal, Laine promised fans that they won't (yet again) have to wait until the very end of the season to see if the team makes the playoffs.
It's worth remembering that last year, fans literally stressed until the very last game of the season before seeing their team clinch a playoff spot.
Patrik Laine sends a message to fans: this season, there won't be any stress!

One thing's for sure-no one can accuse Laine of just talking without putting in the work.
He's working extremely hard this summer, constantly on the ice in Brossard, and he really seems motivated to have his best season in a long time.
If he can stay healthy, all signs point to Patrik Laine having an excellent season-and a much better one than in 2024-2025. Exciting times ahead!
