Ivan Demidov's Partner Confirms Rumor About Canadiens Forward's Summer Plans in Montreal

We have an update on Montreal Canadiens forward Ivan Demidov. Earlier this month, we reported the rumor that the young Demidov had decided to spend the entire summer in Montreal and Quebec, and that he would not be returning to his home country.
That said, immediately after the rumor surfaced, Demidov flew south with his girlfriend for a well-deserved vacation, making it unclear when they would return to Montreal.
In the end, we didn't have to wait long.
The rumor is confirmed: Ivan Demidov is back in Montreal, will spend the entire summer there, and is learning the language
His girlfriend added to it on social media, mentioning how much they love being in Montreal and how much they adore the city.

This is a great first decision for Demidov, who indeed stated that he intends to improve both his French and English.
Clearly, we'll be able to follow Demidov and his partner's adventures in Montreal through her social media.
Ivan Demidov, 19, recorded 2 points in 2 games this season with the Habs, and added 2 more points in 5 NHL playoff games.
Next season looks promising, as Demidov has been spotted multiple times practicing his craft alone in Brossard.
