So we'll get the verdict tomorrow at 3:00 p.m.
Carey Price, age 37, played 712 career games in the National Hockey League, all with the Montreal Canadiens, posting a goals-against average of 2.51 and a save percentage of .917 (with a record of 361-261-79).
He has an Olympic gold medal, a World Junior Championship gold medal, an IIHF World Championship gold medal, and numerous individual honors, including the NHL's most prestigious (MVP). He was also a Stanley Cup finalist, though he unfortunately never lifted the prized trophy.
Will that hurt his chances tomorrow?
Personally, whether it's tomorrow or later on, I firmly believe he absolutely deserves to be inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame.
Even without a Stanley Cup, his career was exceptional.
