A major piece of news just dropped in the last few minutes, as we've learned that music legend Ozzy Osbourne has passed away.
To honour his memory, the excellent page "HabsOnReddit" just shared a photo from 2014 involving Ozzy and the Montreal Canadiens.
During his band's stop at the Bell Centre over ten years ago, Ozzy was given a very special Canadiens jersey - and he loved it so much that he was later spotted (on more than one occasion) proudly wearing his Habs jersey.
"The legend Ozzy Osbourne was gifted a Habs jersey when Black Sabbath performed in Montreal back in 2014."

A Gift Ozzy Osbourne Truly Appreciated
He clearly kept a great memory of his time in Montreal and at the Bell Centre in 2014.
It's a beautiful anecdote.
Ozzy was 66 years old at the time.
As for the Montreal Canadiens, the team led by Michel Therrien finished that season with a record of 50 wins, 22 losses, and 10 overtime losses.
The team's top scorer was Max Pacioretty (67 points), followed by Tomas Plekanec (60 points), P.K. Subban (60 points), Andrei Markov (50 points), David Desharnais (48 points), and
Brendan Gallagher (47 points)!
Goaltender
Carey Price had the best season of his career, earning 44 wins in 66 starts (only 16 regulation losses), with a goals-against average of 1.96 and a save percentage of .933.
That year, he won the Hart, Jennings, Vezina, and Ted Lindsay trophies!
