We have an update regarding the Montreal Canadiens player who is reportedly upset about being scratched from Martin St-Louis' lineup. It's a rather murky situation.
Technically, forward Emil Heineman is still listed as "day-to-day," but clearly, there's something more going on.
On Thursday, the excellent Tony Marinaro reported that Heineman was extremely frustrated, so much so that he refused a ride to the arena.
He chose instead to walk for nearly 30 minutes to cool off.
