Two prospects are proving to be potential big hits for Hughes and the Canadiens

Montreal Canadiens prospect Owen Beck had quite a night on Friday night. He had six points, including a goal, in an 8-2 win over the Hamilton Bulldogs.
In six games this season, Beck now has nine points, including four goals.
Filip Mesar finished his night with four points including a goal. He helped the Kitchener Rangers beat the Sudbury Wolves 7-2.
This was the 18 year old Slovakian's first game with his new OHL team since the CH cut him from their roster.
