The Canadiens have just made an important announcement concerning Mike Hoffman
After being benched for the entire third period against the Philadelphia Flyers, forward Mike Hoffman was absent from yesterday's practice to be evaluated.
In the last few seconds, the Montreal Canadiens organization announced this:
"Forward Mike Hoffman will not practice this morning and will not play tonight (lower body)." - Montreal Canadiens
The CH officially announces that Hoffman has a lower body injury and will not be in uniform tonight against the Buffalo Sabres.
Could he be out longer term? To be continued.
Hoffman, 32, has 8 points in 16 games this season with the Habs, including 5 goals.
