On the very popular "Spittin Chiclets" podcast, Montreal Canadiens captain Nick Suzuki gave a very interesting interview.
Check out some of the highlights, as reported by the excellent Priyanta Emrith.
"Nick Suzuki says he went to art school in London, Ontario, until grade 7: "it wasn't my choice...average painter, pretty good knitter - I'm not even kidding, I was pretty good at knitting and doing that kind of stuff" - Nick Suzuki
Nick Suzuki says he remembers knitting a pair of socks while attending this art school and joked that he should knit socks now for
Cole Caufield!
Nick Suzuki on
Arber Xhekaj: "He's been great, just a big surprise to the NHL as a whole - he's earned his right to be here with his play and he's a guy that you know what he's going to bring to the team."
Nick Suzuki on Arber Xhekaj: "He's an underrated talent that's pretty impressive. He was a smaller guy growing up, so I think he played a skilled game, then all of a sudden he got huge, but he still has his agile little man skills in a big body."

Speaking of Nick Suzuki's statements about Arber Xhekaj, here's a very interesting one:
Must read on HabsFanatics
"Nick Suzuki says that Chris Wideman is the one who nicknamed Arber Xhekaj "Wi-Fi."
"I don't know how much he [Xhekaj] likes it [the nickname], but it's spread extremely widely."
So Wideman is the culprit! We have to say that it was well thought out, and now even opposing players, who face the CH, call Arber Xhekaj by this nickname.(Wi-Fi) We love it!
One thing is for sure, listening to this interview, we quickly realize how important Xhekaj is to the players, and not surprisingly, we realize how great a relationship Nick Suzuki has with the other players on the team, especially Cole Caufield.
A true captain! An interview to listen to:
