In the last few minutes, Montreal Canadiens head coach Martin St-Louis was in a media scrum ahead of tonight's game against the Washington Capitals.

What we reported this morning is confirmed!
"Martin St-Louis confirmed that Jonathan Drouin will replace Rem Pitlick in the lineup tonight. Sam Montembeault will be the starting goalie."

- Montreal Canadiens

So Drouin will play his first game of the season, and his first game since March 21.
Unfortunately, it's Rem Pitlick who gets the nod, not Mike Hoffman or Evgeny Dadonov. This is really not unanimous among Habs fans.
"Jonathan Drouin takes Rem Pitlick's spot tonight. Martin St. Louis can't wait to see how hungry he is. He said he was of the professional manner in which Drouin handled himself.

Drouin will play with Evans and Hoffman and be on one of the two power play units."

- Marc Antoine Godin
