It's now official, Artturi Lehkonen is a Stanley Cup champion and he was one of the most important actors of this conquest for the Colorado Avalanche:
A few minutes after the end of the game, Lehkonen gave a generous interview to TVA Sports journalist Renaud Lavoie, and he took the opportunity to send a beautiful message to his former Montreal Canadiens teammates:
"We went through something special last year, we just missed it. Obviously, I have a lot of good friends (in Montreal). I hope my boys will experience this feeling one day too. I have a big thought for my former teammates tonight."
The great class! Chantal Machabée even saluted him:
"Moving interview by @renlavoietva with Artturi Lehkonen." - Chantal Machabée
