Latest signing alert: it's going to shake things up in the Canadiens' division
Following the summer signings and acquisitions of the different teams in the Atlantic division, it quickly becomes evident that things are going to really heat up in the Montreal Canadiens' division this season.
The teams in our division have stocked up on tough guys since the opening of the free agency market.
The Boston Bruins added Milan Lucic, the Toronto Maple Leafs brought in Ryan Reaves, and Zach MacEwen is now with the Ottawa Senators. (to name just a few)
Let's also remember, of course, that the Montreal Canadiens have Michael Pezzetta on their roster, and notably, Arber Xhekaj.
A New Name Joins
Well, we can now add another name to this list!
In the last few minutes, it was announced that the Tampa Bay Lightning organization has offered a professional tryout contract to the sturdy Austin Watson.
