Last-minute announcement regarding David Reinbacher and a major clue has just surfaced
In the last few minutes, it has been announced that young David Reinbacher, the Montreal Canadiens' fifth overall pick in 2023, will be absent from the NHL showcase taking place this week in Washington.
This event brings together the top prospects in the NHL for promotion, education, some training, and socialization. Upper Deck will also be on hand to take photos.
Here are the three Canadiens prospects who will be attending:
The Habs are among the few teams with three prospects present, and they have the strongest representation. It looks promising!
However, Reinbacher, who has already arrived in Montreal, will not be attending.
According to Renaud Lavoie, this is another indication that Reinbacher is unlikely to crack the Canadiens' lineup this month and is likely to be returned to Kloten. Stay tuned!
