Jonathan Drouin has been out since November 3rd, he suddenly left the game of November 2nd, against the Detroit Wings, after receiving a puck on the side of his head. He has been on the sidelines for almost two weeks now... but he is not suffering from a concussion.
Whether or not there was a plausible concussion, Drouin had headaches when he gave extra effort. He didn't skate yesterday in the optional practice, but today on the Boston side, he was with the extras.
Drouin looked in splendid form, skating for almost 40 minutes, leaving the ice after the others. He shouldn't be in the game, unless he really feels comfortable.
I remind you that before he gave up, Jo Drouin had seven points in 11 duels, and he was off to a great start after a six-month break.
