Since the beginning of this season, many have called for a complete housecleaning in the Montreal Canadiens organization. Marc Bergevin and Trevor Timmins were fired last month. Who will be next?
Many feel that head coach Dominique Ducharme should have lost his job as well, due to the team's lack of success this year. Remember, he led the Habs to the Stanley Cup final last year and his team has been plagued with injuries this season. Things to consider, in my opinion.
The host of TVA Sports' "JiC" show, Jean-Charles Lajoie, came to Dom Ducharme's defense. He called the head coach's detractors hungry jackals, referring to those who want Ducharme fired.
It hurts his heart to see that Ducharme does not have the support of the fans.
After all, as a rookie coach, there are bound to be adjustments. I am sure that patience will be the key in his case. Hopefully, the organization will take into consideration the circumstances mentioned above...
