Tyler Toffoli was back with his teammates this morning, wearing a contactless sweater, for the first time since his hand surgery.
I remind you that Toffoli passed under the scalpel on December 11th to repair his hand, while the initial diagnosis indicated eight weeks of remission. Could it happen sooner than expected? Maybe, who knows?
Jeff Petry was also back in training with the main group, which is great news, even though he's been playing like a rock since the campaign opened.
If Toffoli did not end up with a regular unit, it was not the case of Petry, who found Brett Kulak to form a pair. With his return, the defense will have more material...
Note also that Josh Anderson was there, still wearing a contactless sweater. In addition, Michael Pezzetta also joined his teammates during the session on Tuesday morning.
The portrait begins to be less abstract!
