Dom Ducharme and Alex Burrows were picked up considerably

There are some decisions by the Montreal Canadiens coaching staff that have the hockey world very puzzled.

Former NHL scout Grant McCagg really didn't weigh his words about how well Dominique Ducharme and Alex Burrows were being managed behind the Habs bench.

Alex Burrows has been heavily criticized since yesterday, as the Habs inherited a four minute power play against the Sabres and Mattias Norlinder did not touch the ice even once. The young offensive defenseman excels with the man advantage, it's his greatest strength.

Instead, it was Ben Chiarot who was sent into the fray. A decision that didn't go over well with the board.

McCagg then went on to say that Ducharme and Burrows have a major judgment problem. They should not be allowed to lead in the NHL.

Ducharme was also judged by his ability to manage rookies.

Obviously, people are fed up and I understand them. I don't even know if the Habs would beat the Laval Rocket at this point...
