He is often referred to as the heart of this team, but right now the heart of the core is not beating strong. Without Shea Weber, it's simple, this team has no soul. Without his presence, it has lost that attitude and culture, showing that without its captain, it is as fragile as it was in 2015.
It's today that we realize just how unique a human and leader Shea Weber is. But as Jonathan Drouin awkwardly mentioned, Weber is gone, so someone has to step up and take the torch. Otherwise, it'll be another go-around... already!
