Since their elimination against the Florida Panthers, even though it's still recent, there has been a lot of turmoil with the Toronto Maple Leafs.
General Manager Kyle Dubas openly stated that he was open to trading his BIG-4 (Auston Matthews, Mitch Marner, William Nylander, John Tavares), but was fired a few hours later.

According to what the reputable Chris Johnston of TSN has just reported, the Leafs have just made a major decision.
The Leafs have reportedly made a big decision. Brendan Shanahan reportedly informed his four players, specifically Matthews, that they will not be involved in a trade, barring a huge surprise.
All of this is really special, but well. Clearly, a few days after Dubas's statement, everything seems to have changed.
