The Canadiens make an announcement about their new acquisition Chris Tierney

After acquiring forward Chris Tierney from waivers earlier today, the Montreal Canadiens organization has just made an announcement regarding him.
"Chris Tierney will join his new Montreal Canadiens teammates, starting tonight in Philadelphia."
So we'll have an interesting update first thing tomorrow morning:
"Chris Tierney will join the Habs tonight in Philadelphia.
That means he'll be available for morning practice and tomorrow's game against the Flyers." - Patrick Friolet, RDS

Tierney, 28, is a former second-round pick and has 229 points (75 goals) in his NHL career.
He played 13 games with the Florida Panthers this season and has 16 points in 20 AHL games.
Tierney had 48 points in the 2019 season with the Ottawa Senators after being involved in the monster trade that sent Erik Karlsson to the San Jose Sharks.
His $750,000 contract expires this summer.
Interesting fact: Tierney is Josh Anderson's former teammate with the London Knights in the OHL.
